Next Nova (nextnova.co) is a performance marketing agency operated from the Gold Coast, Australia, serving clients in Australia, the UAE, the United Kingdom and the USA. For anything in this policy, contact andrew@nextnova.co.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you request a free growth audit, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, work email, brand or website, monthly ad spend range, focus area, and any message you include. We use it to respond to your request, prepare your audit, and follow up about working together. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Analytics and advertising cookies (only with your consent)
By default this website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. If you click Accept on the consent banner, we load:
- Google Analytics 4, to understand how the site is used (IP anonymisation enabled).
- Meta Pixel, to measure the performance of our own advertising and build advertising audiences.
If you click Decline, neither tool loads and the site works exactly the same. Your choice is stored in your browser so we do not keep asking.
How long we keep information
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per the default retention settings of the tools above.
Your choices and rights
- You can decline or withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the banner will ask again.
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing andrew@nextnova.co.
- Depending on where you live (including under Australian privacy law, UK/EU GDPR and applicable US state laws), you may have additional statutory rights. We will honour valid requests under the law that applies to you.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry details are delivered to our business email and are not published or stored on this website.
